I was born in Lagos, Nigeria but I grew up in Clemmons, North Carolina along with my three siblings. I went to UNC-Chapel Hill — Go Heels — where I majored in Business and walked on to the basketball team.

I always knew that I wanted to be start my own company, but I never knew what company. So, after college I started working in management consulting hoping that I’d get the exposure and inspiration I needed to start something from scratch. That exposure eventually came and led me to launch Chezie with my sister, Dumebi.

Five years later, Chezie works with companies like Airbnb and the NBA. I’ve raised over $1.2M in funding, learned more in five years than I would in 20 years doing something else, and I’ve gotten even more passionate about building businesses.

Right now, I'm most interested in how non-technical people leverage AI and I'm building in that space.

On a personal note, I live in Atlanta, GA with my wife Brooke. I'm into golf, movies, cooking, and most recently, cycling.
